With more than 40 years of professional experience in financial management and defense, Ms. Proctor specializes in managing finance, accounting and budgeting for the military. She is primarily responsible for deploying new SAT software and assisting in establishing medical commands. Ms. Proctor began her career as a comptroller before progressing to her current position. Ms. Proctor received her Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1992 and completed coursework in several high-level courses.
