Wade, Jr., Director of Marine Operations U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Air and Marine, Miami Air and Marine Branch, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of law enforcement.

Mr. Wade has 13 years of experience in government service. An expert in law enforcement management, he is responsible for overseeing U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Marine Program in Miami, where he manages 6 marine units, 60 Marine Interdiction Agents and 18 enforcement vessels. A graduate of St. John's University, Mr. Wade earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1994 and became involved in his profession because of his desire to protect and serve his country. His professional affiliations include the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association.

Mr. Wade was recently promoted and will be heading up to Washington, D.C., where he will serve as the Deputy Director of Operations (Marine) for CBP Air and Marine. In his new role, Mr. Wade will be responsible for maritime subject matter expertise, including determining the requirements for assets and resources. Mr. Wade attributes his success to his hard work and dedication.
