Ms. Bayles was born in Birmingham, Alabama and is the oldest of three children. She currently lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area after relocating to attend graduate school at the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs. Upon her graduation in 2003, Ms. Bayles' worked as the Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Outreach Advisor to former Senate Majority Leader William H. Frist, MD (R-TN) and is now an employee of the Department of Justice.

She attributes her success to her multitasking skills, flexibility, determination and being goal-oriented. She was inspired to start her own tax preparation company based on her experience in working in the tax industry over the past years on a part-time basis. The highlight of her career so far has been completing her first year of tax preparation working for herself. "It's been a truly rewarding experience knowing that it's possible to accomplish a personal goal so long as you remain humble, determined, persistent, and most importantly so long as you know where your blessings truly come from," Ms. Bayles explained.

She received her Master's Degree in U.S. National Security from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Spanish from Fisk University in Nashville, TN. She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She was on the Dean's List of Fisk University from 1997 to 2001, was included in Who's Who Among College Students and was a Semi-Finalist for the Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs/Graduate Affairs Fellowship Program in 2001. She aspires to establish her business in the states of Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee in the next five years.
