Kayla R. Stover, Pharm. D. Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

    JACKSON, MS, October 25, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Kayla R. Stover, PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident for University of Mississippi Medical Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of medicine.

With a specialization in infectious disease, Dr. Stover recommends antibiotics for patients based on the nature of their illnesses. She conducts research and serves as a part of the antibiotic subcommittee of the pharmacy. Honored by the Rho Chi Honor Society and the Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society, she attributes her success to her upbringing and work ethic.

Dr. Stover received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University in 2007 and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at West Virginia University Hospitals. She is a member of the Society of Infectious Disease Pharmacists, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and supports Habitat for Humanity in her spare time. She aspires to become a clinical pharmacist and teach in an institute.
