Grand Rapids Construction Company expands it\'s Commercial Maintence and Remodel Division

    /24-7PressRelease/ - WALKER, MI, September 24, 2005 - Houseman Construction Co. expands it's commercial Maintenance and Modification Division to include a scheduled preventive maintenance program for the Taco Bell fast food restaurants in the Southwest Michigan Area. The agreement with Chicago Diversified Foods, the franchisee, is for 38 Taco Bells in this area. The program includes scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to the building and equipment at each location, as well as unscheduled and emergency repairs. The Construction Division of Houseman Construction is currently building three new Taco Bells in Grand Rapids, Greenville and Holland.

Houseman Construction Company was founded in 1997 by Michael J. Houseman as a Commercial Builder, Design and Build Contractor and Construction Management company throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. The Maintenance/Modification (remodel) Division was started 4 years ago and represents about 10% to 15% of it's $25,000,000 to $30,000,000 annual revenues.
