Each course is paired with Hess's specialized wines to create a distinctive taste for the senses. The Hess Collection Winery is well known for utilizing the environment and natural elements to create their wines. This dinner is $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The evening will feature a 6 p.m. reception, with dinner beginning at 6:30 p.m:
