Woosh Grows Business and Secures Microwave Supply for Its Mature Network

Advantech AMT recently re-launched Allgon Microwave following a trade acquisition. Woosh Wireless are presently hosting the global UMTS-TDD alliance summit.

Under the agreement, Woosh Wireless are placing a large frame order to enable their network rollout through to the end of 2006. Woosh, experiencing strong demand for its recently launched VoIP services, is relying on the licensed microwave technology to provide backbone capacity in large parts of its network. With the microwave backhaul, Woosh can control quality while simultaneously reducing network cost.
