Mr. Moured is an Information Technology Senior Scientist and Lead Intelligence Analyst with 12 years of experience in security testing management and signals intelligence and development. As President of Red Team Security Solutions, a security solutions company contacted to provide the federal government with Blue and Red Team network security testing, he conducts hands-on penetration testing utilizing state of the art ethical hacking techniques and technologies to exploit systems and assist in the required vulnerability mitigations. Mr. Moured is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Information Security and earned a Master's Degree in Network Security with honors and a 4.0 GPA.
