Ms. Knudson first attended Wartburg College in 1972 then graduated summa cum laude from Buena Vista University in 1994. After she attained a bachelor's degree in psychology, she continued her career in the arts and human services. In 2009, she founded Computer Help, a computer consultancy specializing in assisting individuals with computer issues. She has always loved working with computers, and this company allows her to incorporate computer art, photography and publishing into her work. She offers computer troubleshooting over the phone and helps people develop their own computer art and videos. In addition to this work, she also founded Oral History Films, an endeavor that enables families to give voice to their legacies through film. She manages all the daily operations of her business and maintains contact with clients to interview and capture on video the range of life experiences that they have to share.

Ms. Knudson is also a writer who has published works of poetry. Furthermore, she is an illustrator who has illustrated books for several authors. As a publisher, she enjoys promoting artists, writers, poets and other people who contribute to our world. A lifelong artist who has exhibited her work in a variety of ways, she currently shows her work worldwide via the Internet.
