Elizabeth DeFazio Honored by Cambridge Who's Who

    CHICAGO, IL, March 19, 2010, Elizabeth DeFazio, recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Instant Technology, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in business management.

Ms. DeFazio has been with Instant Technology for eight years. She was recruited as the key person to start Instant Technology. As the COO, she is in charge of managing all operations including recruitment of technlogy professionals in diverse industry sectors, supervising more than 35 internal employees, and maintaining relationships with more than 150 technical consultants and clients. She is currently accountable for leading sales, recruiting, and operations for Instant Technology's Chicago and Washington DC offices. Under Ms. DeFazio's leadership, the firm flourished from $1 million dollars in sales to over $16 million in sales in less than five years. She had previously worked as the National Director of Sales and Training for one of the largest global staffing firms in the world.

Ms. DeFazio received her Master's Degree in Psychology from Canisius College and her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. She is a member of the COO Forum, the Global Technical Recruiters Network, and many WBE affiliates since Instant Technology is a minority owned firm.
